In many cases, the main living areas such as the great room, kitchen and nook, may combine providing functionality and simple flow of daily activities. While these floor plans are designed for casual living, many offer elegance as well. It is not uncommon to find formal rooms for entertaining guests such as living and dining rooms flanking the foyer. Amenities can range from just the basics to many of today’s most requested features. Some Craftsman designs and Country house plans are closely related to Victorian house plans.
