Plan Description

This duplex home plan has a conservative exterior, but features an elegant interior layout. An open great room enjoys a cozy fireplace enhanced by a ten-foot boxed ceiling and adjoins a formal dining room lined with decorative columns. Two spacious bedrooms and a full bath are located at the front of this floor plan leaving convenience and privacy for the master suite at the rear of the home. The kitchen includes a large island counter with bar seating and enjoys a bay window view through the breakfast nook. A single car garage is centered between the units for sound proofing and added privacy. This multi-family house plan offers comfort and privacy for both units.

Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$1,685.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$2,595.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$150.00
