Plan Description

The careful use of space in this traditional ranch home plan creates a highly functional design that makes the most of only 1472 square feet. This traditional home features an open floor plan with combined kitchen, dining room and great room, all working together to provide a large functional space that does not give up comfort or functionality. From the corner fireplace and cathedral ceiling of the great room, to the arches over the breakfast bar, this floor plan is sure to please any family. With a screen porch just off the vaulted dining room, causal summer meals are a snap. The master suite not only features a walk-in closet, but it also has a jucuzzi tub, perfect for relaxing after a hard day at work. The kids will sleep soundly on the opposite side of this split bedroom design accommodating two secondary bedrooms, which share a hall bath. A two-car garage and convenient laundry room complete this small and affordable house plan.

Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$805.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$295.00
