Plan Description

A covered porch and stonework accent the exterior of this narrow lot ranch home plan. Columns accentuate the foyer with convenient coat closet. The great room and dining room combine, defined only by decorative columns and boxed ceilings. A fireplace warms the great room, ideal for entertaining. The efficient kitchen enjoys a pantry, menu desk, eating bar and access to the laundry room. This bedroom-together design is ideal for families with small children. Bedrooms 2 and 3 enjoy ample closet space and share a hall bath. A deluxe bath with whirlpool tub and walk-in closet and a boxed ceiling enhance the master suite. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$1,105.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$1,700.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$150.00
