Plan Description

A brick and siding façade highlight the exterior of this two-story house plan. Thoughtful design is reflected in the floor plan with formal areas toward the front of the home and the everyday living areas at the rear. The pass-thru kitchen combines with the casual dining area and family room creating an open and functional floor plan. A wall of windows draws the natural sunlight indoors. The bayed living room shares a see-thru fireplace with the family room. A unique arrangement with the pantry and counter and cabinets in the hall off the kitchen adds additional storage. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms reside on the second level and overlook the foyer. This delightful house plan will blend well with any streetscape.

Reproducible Master
House plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$1,235.00

Mirror Reverse
Mirror reverse house plans are the mirror image of the home plan, which flips the floor plan from left to right with the text appearing backwards just as if you were looking in a mirror. The mirror reverse floor plan serves as a visual aid showing the layout of the home the way you plan to build it and also shows correct door swings. It is recommended to only order one or two sets of your house plan package with the mirror reverse option and order the rest of the sets as correct or right reading plans. At least three sets in the plan package MUST be right reading plans. 		$15.00
