Plan Description

Designed and loaded with options, this country traditional house plan is sure to suite your needs. A covered front porch opens to the two-story foyer flanked with living room and formal dining room. An open floor plan provides functionality for family activities. The two-car garage features an optional storage area or an optional floor plan with study adding 130 sf of living space. This design also includes an optional sunroom floor plan just off the kitchen and casual dining area. On the second floor, four bedrooms and two bathrooms overlook the foyer. The second level offers plenty of options. You may choose the four bedroom design with a sitting room in the master bedroom giving the second level 1065 sf of living space. Or, you may choose the three bedroom design with optional bonus room featuring 997 sf of living space and an additional 292 sf bonus room. No matter which design you choose, this two-story home plan is sure to satisfy your family’s needs.
