Plan Description

A covered front porch is the most notable feature of this country house plan. Inside a two-story foyer creates an impressive entrance, while boxed columns and a bayed window enhance the formal dining room. The two-car garage enters near the foyer and passes the laundry room and half bath. A crackling fireplace warms the great room brightened by a wall of windows. The kitchen and casual dining area combine featuring a bayed window, planning desk and pantry. All of the bedrooms enjoy the privacy of the second floor. Reproducible Master
House plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$935.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$150.00
