Plan Description

A wrap-around porch is the exterior highlight of this country home plan providing plenty of outdoor space for gathering and relaxing, while a screened porch can be used for outdoor dining on pleasant days. Inside, a fireplace and cathedral ceiling accent the spacious great room. The kitchen enjoys a large work island and a walk-in pantry. The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining and family get-togethers. Well-appointed bath enhances the master bedroom, complete with corner whirlpool tub and twin vanities. A cathedral ceiling adorns this room and a walk-in closet compliments the master bath. Two upper level bedrooms overlook the family room and share a Jack and Jill bath. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.	$1,710.00
	CAD File Complete construction drawing (excludes commercial plans) in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. You must have CAD software to open a CAD file. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.	$1,710.00
	PDF File (Best Value) Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs.
